Wander and Wonder: Forest Bathing and Deep Ecology in the Scrub

Hosted by
EcoSoul Experiences
Hosted by
EcoSoul Experiences

Explore the Art of wandering. Slow down to Earth Time. Wonder in awe. Open up to the landscape with respect and reverence.

Explore the Art of wandering. Slow down to Earth Time. Wonder in awe. Open up to the landscape in a new way. Converse with the land with respect and reverence. Connect with yourself and with others.

Join Sophie from EcoSoul Experiences in a small group to experience nature bathing with creative and deep ecology exercises. Explore our ecological identity and how we belong in the natural world, incorporating some exercises from The Work That Reconnects. An immersive experience to leave you feeling relaxed, connected and inspired.

What is nature bathing and what to expect?

- Slowing down in the natural environment - including some sitting, some slow walking over a short distance and creating temporary nature art.

- Tuning mindfully into the senses, to simply notice what you notice, and experience the healing benefits of the natural world.

- There will be invitations to share your experience and participate in a few exercises from the spiral of The Work That Reconnects.

There won't be any strenuous walking required, but the ground may be uneven. Please contact Sophie at sophie.hayat@yahoo.com or 0431 032 797 if you have any special requirements or questions.

Please wear closed shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather to provide adequate protection from any wind, rain or sun. Bring a water bottle, and something easy to carry to sit on such as a raincoat or mat.

Meet at the entrance at the corner of Dover Street and Fraser Street, Aldinga Beach.
